Property owners also pay bond millage, which funds construction projects.  Reynoldsburg Schools is in the third and final phase of the 2001 Master Facilities Plan.

The following projects have been funded through a series of three local bond issues with a 43-percent match by the state of Ohio.  The state match - $56 million - funds the construction of two new schools on Summit Road, as well as a portion of renovations to the district's older buildings.
