Senior Fee and Birth Certificate
Please bring your original Birth Certificate (to check official spelling of name) and your $40 senior fee (cash or check to RHS) to your Raider Check in or Academy Secretary.
Cap, Gown, and Announcements - Balfour
Please contact Tom List at 861-5478 or via email at tom.list@balfour-rep.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding graduation announcements or cap and gown. A cap, gown, tassel, and academic pennant will cost approximately $45. Graduates will get to KEEP their cap and gown.
FYI: Academic Pennant (worn on the neck) Colors for each Academy will be:
BELL - Silver with white trim
HS2 - Gold with white trim
Encore - Teal with white trim
eStem - Green with white trim
Senior Pictures
Many of you will be getting your senior photos professionally taken and will be submitting them to the yearbook. The goal is to achieve a unified appearance of all senior pictures in the yearbook. Please follow these guidelines:
Pose must be a shoulder-up shot, school appropriate cloths, no props, neutral background, no name stamping, photo MUST BE VERTICAL
Photos must be submitted in digital format. No hard copies will be accepted. There are two ways to submit a digital photo.
1. email photo at a JPG file to alexander@reyn.org
2. bring CD containing photo to Todd Alexander, RHS Summit Campus
Photo files must be named with the senior's legal last name and then the legal first name.
NO CD's or photos will be returned to the student.
If you do not turn in a senior photo, you school ID photo will be used for the yearbook.

Ordering Yearbook:
Order your yearbook online at http://www.smart-pay.com/
or 1-800-853-1337. When ordering, please use the “ship-to-home” option to ensure you receive your yearbook after graduation. The deadline for ordering is early April. No extra yearbooks will be ordered. Cost of a yearbook is $54.70. This is $10 cheaper than last year!

1. Order Cap and Gown - Dec 1
2. Original Birth Certificate to check name spelling - March 1
3. Senior Fee ($40) paid to Academy Secretary - March 1
4. Choose RHS Staff member as diploma presenter - April 1
5. Senior Panoramic Photo will be taken in April.
6. Pay for cap and gown ($45) - May
7. Textbooks returned to Teachers - May
(Diploma will be held for all fines, fees, and textbooks)
