Every year, to celebrate Children's Day, TS Tech, the Japan-based global supplier of automobile seats and interiors, visits Taylor Road Elementary to give a presentation about the holiday and plant cherry trees. For the last eight years, TS Tech has provided approximately 24 trees to Mrs. Gibson's third grade class. The students accept the trees, help plant them and then listen to a presentation and make oragami hats with TS Tech employees. 

 

The holiday is a day set aside to respect children's personalities and to celebrate their happiness.
