Students have been doing a great job doing their nightly homework page. Mrs. McGlumphy only sends home work to practice and all directions are carefully explained with an opportunity to ask questions. The purpose of this homework is to get students ready for the nightly homework they will have in third grade. Remember, there are never homework packets. Students should spend about ten minutes on written homework and continue to read for twenty. Sometimes students will bring home a readers theatre script or a small book to read aloud to family.
