Sync Email with Mobile Devices
Our staff only supports district owned equipment, this applies, but not limited, to computers and mobile devices. However, we do provide information for self help. Our Exchange environment only supports active-sync. This means POP and IMAP cannot be used for mobile email.  The following sections provide information for commonly requested fields for mobile devices.
Email Address:
This is simply your email address. Ie, “[email protected]
Username:
Our email server requires the windows domain with the username for active-sync.  Our windows domain is “reyn” or “reyn.local”. Usually, the required form is “reyn\%USERNAME%” or “reyn\rockie”. Some devices require the windows domain be entered separately. If a field askes for a domain it will be “reyn” or “reyn.local”.
Server:
This will almost always be “outlook.reyn.org”
Some  variations depending on the device might be;
“outlook.reyn.org/owa”
“https:// outlook.reyn.org/owa”
“https://outlook.reyn.org”
Mailbox:
The mailbox field is simply your plain username without the windows domain. Ie, “rockie”
