Stellar Staff
The Stellar Staff Employee Recognition Program celebrates the extraordinary individuals across Reynoldsburg City Schools who go above and beyond to empower minds and inspire success.
Each month, students, staff, families and community members can nominate employees who shine brightly in their role and make a meaningful impact on our schools.
Selected honorees are surprised at their workplace and recognized across District communication channels, highlighting the incredible people who make Reynoldsburg shine.
How it Works
- Nominations Accepted: Staff, students and community members nominate an employee who they believe has gone above and beyond in one of the Constellation categories that are aligned with our Strategic Plan
- Nominations Reviewed: A small committee made of representatives from across the District will use a scoring sheet to review and select Stellar Staff awardees in a fair, unbiased manner
- Awardees Recognized & Celebrated: Each month, up to five Stellar Staff will be recognized and celebrated
- Galaxy Award: Every Stellar Staff awardee is eligible for the annual Galaxy Award, presented during a signature District event

- Staff member’s information (Name & School/Location)
- At least one example of how they meet one of the Constellation categories
