all about Orchestra!

Orchestra is taking place again this year for 7th and 8th graders every day at the end of the school day. This class will be your special. Mrs. Gaulke teaches this class and concerts include students from all schools.
Some reasons you might want to be in orchestra are: if you like the instruments in orchestra which are the Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass, or if you like the sounds of these instruments. Also, in this class you’ll be playing classical music like Beethoven or Bach. But if you do decide to do this you have to be committed and practice which is the hardest thing to do in this class. If you do practice you’ll sound good for your concerts which are at Summit High School that usually last about 1 ½ hours.
Watch for announcements of when the concerts will be and feel free to come watch and see what it’s like and to support the people playing and remember to practice if you do sign up.
