Nationwide Children's School Health Services

Image stating that sick visits, physicals and vaccines are available through the school-based health services

Reynoldsburg City Schools partners with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to provide students with the same health care they would receive at a doctor’s office – at school! The Nationwide Children’s school-based health center, located on the Livingston Campus, is open to all Reynoldsburg City Schools students, their siblings and community members, ages 0-21.

The health center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Summer Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m to 3 p.m. (Vision services only available select Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

A parent or guardian must provide consent for your child to be seen by a provider. Please see your school nurse for consent forms.

To schedule an appointment, call (614) 355-2590 or complete this interest form. A hospital staff member will be in touch with more details.
