Nationwide Children's School-Based Health Center

Reynoldsburg City Schools partners with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to provide students with the same health care they would receive at a doctor’s office – at school! The Nationwide Children’s school-based health center, located on the Livingston Campus, is open to all Reynoldsburg City Schools students, their siblings and community members, ages 0 to 21.
To schedule an appointment, call (614) 355-2590, option 3, or complete the consent form below. A hospital staff member will be in touch with more details.
