Reynoldsburg Hall of Fame Inducts Seven Athletic Alumni

Volleyball. Basketball. Track and Field. Baseball. Cross Country. Football. Those were just a few of the sports our seven new Reynoldsburg Hall of Fame Inductees played while they were Raiders. Some went on to play professionally, some still play for fun, but all of the inductees were grateful to their families, friends, and coaches who came out to recognize them.

During the ceremony, Eric Fryer, who was inducted for his baseball success and went on to play professionally, paid tribute to Coach Dave Starling, who was supposed to induct him but had recently passed away. “You don’t get here alone,” Eric said. “The teams, friends, and coaches are what I remember most.”

“I am tremendously grateful to have grown up in Reynoldsburg,” said Class of 2025 Inductee Justin Kershaw. “All the lessons I have learned from being an athlete, to a friend, to a husband and father, are because of Reynoldsburg.”

The Reynoldsburg Hall of Fame Committee is comprised of Mr. Trent Spangler, Mr. Joe Adkins, Mr. Richard Ladowitz and Mr. Steven Shulze. We want to thank them as well as to our partners the Reynoldsburg Senior Center, Texas Roadhouse, Hunter’s Florist, Romeo’s Pizza, Mayor Begeny, Ms. Jessica Rosenthal and Mrs. Julie Spangler for their support to host a successful event.
