RHS Senior Wins CAPA Marquee Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role

Please join us in congratulating RHS Senior Amaya on winning the CAPA Marquee Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.

This prestigious recognition celebrates excellence in high school musical theatre across Central Ohio and highlights Amaya’s extraordinary talent, dedication, and hard work both on and off the stage. Being selected as a Marquee Award winner places her among the top student performers in the region and reflects the outstanding arts education and opportunities available at Reynoldsburg High School.

As part of this honor, Amaya will now represent the state of Ohio at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards — better known as the Jimmy Awards — in New York City. The Jimmy Awards are considered the highest national recognition for high school musical theatre students and bring together top performers from across the country for professional training, mentorship, and a nationally recognized showcase performance.
