The Nationwide Children’s Hospital community dental team will be back at Reynoldsburg High School- Livingston Campus in August! At this time, we are offering appointments to children 1-5 years of age (pre-school age and below) and students in 5th-12th grade.
 
 Our team offers dental exams, cleanings, fillings, fluoride treatments, x-rays, sealants, extractions, stainless steel crowns and more. If your child does not have a dentist or is already a patient of ours from the previous school year, please complete the information below and submit.
