Encore Academy Junior Receives National Honor

Over the summer, the National Society of High School Scholars recognized 11th grade Encore Academy student Gianni Prince for her outstanding leadership, scholarship and community commitment. 
In a press release issued by the NSHSS, Founder and Chairman Claes Nobel said, "I am honored to recognize the hard work, sacrifice and commitment Gianni has demonstrated to achieve this exceptional level of academic excellence. Gianni is now a member of a unique community of scholars - a community that represents our very best hope for the future."
In addition to her studies, Gianni studies music and plays guitar and the piano. She is also the lead statistician for the wrestling team and played on the soccer team last year.
Gianni, who wants to be a vet when she graduates, said that she likes Encore because of the creativity the academy offers through different classes.
