Reynoldsburg Raiders Special Olympics Basketball Team Goes for the Gold!

                           

The Reynoldsburg Raiders Special Olympics basketball team hosted Columbus West in a competitive game at the Livingston Campus. The Gold team’s 12 players put in a great effort and held the lead during the second period, narrowly missing out on victory by a few points (29-35.)

Players Michael Tadese, Sean Jackson, Derek Kirksey and Caleb Welday all made baskets.

The next game will be at the Feddersen Community Center (3911 Dresden St. Columbus, OH 43224) on January 18th, at 10:00 a.m. where the Purple Raiders will play Whetsone.

The basketball season runs through March 15th and then track and field begins in the spring. Come out and support your Reynoldsburg Raiders!
