Get to know Alyse Clark, the new director of curriculum and instruction for Reynoldsburg City Schools.  

Question: How long have you been in education? Where have you worked previously and in what role?

Answer: I have been in public education for 29 years, including in Columbus City and Groveport Madison school districts. I  have served in several different education positions, such as teacher, building administrator, and executive director of teaching and learning. 

Question: What are you most looking forward to in your new position with Reynoldsburg City Schools?  

Answer: I'm thrilled about the chance to work alongside the staff to further develop impactful learning and growth experiences for everyone.

 

Question: Why do you love being an educator?

Answer: I love being an educator because it allows me to celebrate the potential for growth in others while nurturing my own passion for learning.

 

Question: What book are you currently reading?  

Answer: I have been reading "Misreading Scripture with Western Eyes."

 

Question: What are your hobbies? 

Answer: I enjoy cooking, writing, playing the piano, and spending time with my family.
