In the interest of your child's safety, Reynoldsburg City Schools is rolling out Plan B for afternoon kindergarten and preschool students when the district calls a two-hour delay because of inclement weather.
This will be referred to as Plan B in communications from the district and local media.
Starting immediately, when a two-hour delay is called for Reynoldsburg City Schools, afternoon kindergarten and preschool will be delayed 30 minutes. This means the start time for afternoon kindergarten and preschool will be 12:15 p.m. during a two-hour delay. This delay will allow safe transportation during inclement weather.
Please note that the bus stop pick-up time will be delayed by 30 minutes too. The district hopes this will decrease the wait time for students at bus stops during the very cold temperatures.
