Answer: With a rich tapestry of experience spanning 22 years in the realm of education, I am humbled to have contributed to students' growth and development across diverse landscapes.
Question: Where did you work previously?
Answer: Beginning my journey as the founding principal of an esteemed international school in Japan, I had the privilege of serving there for a profound 12-year chapter. This experience deeply enriched my educational perspective as a school leader in a diverse community. Subsequently, I spent a decade serving as a school principal at Charter Schools in the USA.
Question: What are you most looking forward to in your new position?
Answer: As I step into a new chapter at Reynoldsburg City Schools, serving as the new leader at Slate Ridge Elementary School, I am thrilled to embark on a path that allows me to continue nurturing young minds, fostering a passion for learning, and guiding students toward becoming compassionate global citizens.

Answer: Currently, I find myself engrossed in "Trust and Inspire" by Stephen M. R. Covey, a book that aligns seamlessly with my educational philosophy as a leader in a school with amazing educators.
