Each year, Superintendent Brown hosts meetings with the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council (SSAC) with 10th, 11th and 12th graders who have been selected to engage and provide a voice from their academy about District issues.
Applications to join the SSAC for the 2021-22 school year are now available. As a member, students will meet throughout the year to advise, provide feedback and present viable solutions on District initiatives and programs. The deadline for applying is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021. Students with questions regarding SSAC should reach out to their Academy Principal. Interested students should review the information and application carefully to ensure they meeting the required criteria.
