At HAMS we believe that communication between home and school is extremely critical towards providing an effective learning environment and the key to academic achievement and growth. CONFERENCE TIMES:
Tuesday October 25th, 2016 3pm until 7pm
Thursday November 3rd, 2016 3pm until 7pm
During the conferences your child’s teacher will be sharing information about district curricula, your child’s achievement, growth, work habits, and peer relationships. All-important habits to develop during adolescents in preparation for success in High School. Please feel free to prepare questions you may have in advance.
You have the ability to schedule your appointment directly through the My Conference Time. My Conference Time is a web-based scheduling tool that can be accessed by clicking the link below, also found on our homepage and Facebook page.

Conference times will be reserved specifically for you. Use the Register for Multiple Conferences feature to make the scheduling process easier. We appreciate your help in understanding in beginning and ending your conferences on-time so that we can accommodate all requests for conferences.
If you need assistance with scheduling a conference, please feel free to call our office at (614) 367 – 1530 and we will walk you through the process and help in any way we can.
Again, we look forward to seeing you during our Conference Nights. Remember although we have scheduled conference nights, we will make time for you if you need additional help either through phone, email or face-to-face meetings. In this regard please contact your child’s teacher at any time throughout the year to make arrangements.
