Reynoldsburg City Schools is embarking on an exciting journey to shape the future of our District—and we need your help!
Our last strategic plan was developed in 2019, and as we move toward the next chapter, we’re eager to dream bigger, guided by fresh perspectives and new leadership under Dr. Reed. With many new administrators, board members, teachers, and staff, we are committed to building on our strengths while addressing the evolving needs of our students, families, and community. This strategic planning process is more than just a series of steps—it’s a promise to our community to be intentional, inclusive, and forward-thinking. We believe every voice matters, and we’re excited to engage in a meaningful dialogue with all of our stakeholder groups to chart a path that reflects our shared hopes and values.
Together, we will reflect on who we are, what we believe in, and where we want to go.
We will review our District’s latest data and gather input from our community to identify the core values that define us. This input will guide the creation of a vision statement to inspire and unite us, serving as our “north star” for the next 5-7 years. Starting in November and December with pre-planning, we will move into a series of engaging community activities in February and March, ensuring everyone has a chance to contribute. During April and May, all input will be carefully organized and drafted into comprehensive and measurable goals and actions by the Steering Committee. By the summer, our collective ideas and insights will come together into a strategic plan that will guide us with clarity and purpose. We are excited to listen, learn, and dream together to make Reynoldsburg City Schools the best it can be for every student and family.
