2025-2026 School Year begins
August 20th, 2025

Registrations received after July 31st are NOT likely to be assigned to a class or schedule for the first week of school. 

New families and students, please complete your registration as soon as possible, ideally by the end of June. This will ensure you receive summer communications and that your students are scheduled for the first day of school.  

You MUST live in the Reynoldsburg City School District to enroll.
We do NOT have Open Enrollment.

K-12 Enrollment Information 

Kindergarten age requirement: Must be five (5) years of age on or before August 1, 2025, to be eligible to enroll for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Simplified Steps for Enrollment

Step 1. Complete Registration Packet 
(This can take 20-30 minutes to complete per packet)
Step 2. Collect all Required Documents
Step 3. Walk-In or make an appointment using Calendly

- If Steps 1 and 2 are not complete. You will be asked to return at a later date.

STEP 1: Complete Registration Packet
- Pick up a paper packet at the Welcome Center 
                                     or
- Complete a digital registration packet. Note registration is NOT done online. 
You may print this at home before your appointment or email a PDF version to [email protected] the day you plan to come to the Welcome Center, and staff will print it out for you. 

If you are having issues with editing on a phone, tablet, or computer. Please download the packet and open it with a free PDF app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

STEP 2: Collect all required documents
Gather the required documents below and all others that may apply before making an appointment or your walk-in appointment with the Welcome Center.
We will NOT take any copies of birth certificates or legal documents

Required Documents:
1. Student's ORIGINAL birth certificate or receipt of purchase of birth certificate
2. Immunizations
3. Custodial parent(s) photo ID,
4. Current utility bill or official mail
5. Lease or mortgage statement

If divorced, please bring a copy of your Divorce Decree
If you have a court-order shared parenting plan, bring a copy of both the
Shared Parenting Plan and Shared Parenting Decree


STEP 3: Make your appointment or WALK-IN

- Custodial Parent or Guardian MUST bring all required documents and any others that may apply from the enrollment document checklist.

The registration packet must be filled out before your appointment. A registration packet takes about 20-30 minutes per student to fill out. Spanish, French, and Portuguese paper packets are available upon request.

We serve guests who make an appointment at the time of their appointment and walk in on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The last person will be seen at 3:50 PM, no matter the time signed in as a walk-in

Please be certain that you have ALL required documents with you.
Incomplete enrollment registration will NOT be accepted for any reason. 
We have computers and printers to use for your convenience for any documentation you need printed.

Students who RESIDE OUTSIDE 
the Reynoldsburg City Schools district boundaries
will NOT be able to enroll. 

We will NOT be accepting 
new open enrollment applications for the 
2024-2025 or
2025-2026 school year.

Reynoldsburg City School Families who have students enrolled with the district can apply for public assistance benefits like food assistance and Medicaid at the RCS Welcome Center on Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

A case manager is stationed here on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
They will assist those on a first-come, first-serve basis (limited to 3 to 5 families per day).
You MUST have a student who is currently enrolled at Reynoldsburg City Schools to come to this location.
Sign-up will be available upon the applicant's arrival until all slots are full.
Appointments for future dates might be needed.
