Fee waivers are requested and granted at least two weeks BEFORE attending a class. No monetary exchange occurs between the recipient and RCS. See the files to the right for more information.
Who is eligible for a fee waiver? Any certified staff member or administrator who has been under contract in Reynoldsburg for at least two years.

For which schools do we have fee waivers? Amount and availability of fee waivers vary each semester and are given to the district in return for hosting student teachers and observers. We currently have fee waiver agreements with OSU, Ashland, Capital, Ohio Dominican, Otterbein, and Mt. Vernon Nazarene. Each university has a different waiver policy.

Fee waivers are awarded based first on preference assigned (see the application to identify your preference) and then by order of when received by the processor. Be sure to use the updated Fee Waiver Request form now available to the right.
You must submit verification of credit earned for the course for which you were granted a fee waiver. This helps the committee ensure that fee waivers are used each quarter. Grade statements or unofficial transcripts can be used for verification. Verification must be submitted within two weeks of the end of the course.
