INTER-DISTRICT OPEN ENROLLMENT (Students that reside outside the RCSD boundaries)

Inter-District Open Enrollment RENEWAL time has arrived!

Renewal letters and applications have been mailed via US mail on Friday April 6, 2018 to the address we have on file for your child.  If you did NOT receive this by mail, please come to the Welcome  Center ASAP with your current lease or mortgage and a current utility  bill.  It is required that this take place within 10 days of the move or  your child may automatically be denied return to the district.Completed applications MUST be returned to the Welcome Center by 4:00pm on April 27, 2018.  Please DO NOT return completed applications to the schools or by US mail. 

The Welcome Center is located at 1555 Graham Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068.  Hours of operation are 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.  Renewal applications can be faxed to 614-501-1049 or e-mailed to welcome.center@reyn.org.

Inter-District Open Enrollment - NEW STUDENTS

We will be accepting applications for new open enrollment students for the 18-19 school year.  However, decisions are now being made as to which grade levels and buildings, we will be offering new open enrollment students for the 2018-2019 school year.  We should know by mid - to late April.  We will post the online registration information on the website.  Please check back regularly for updates!

In the meantime,  we have attached the list of required documents you will need to submit at the time of your Enrollment Appointment.  Please click on the link listed in the forms section below.



We are launching our “Online” New Student Enrollment application for the 2018-2019 school year for Kindergarten and New Residents (1st – 12th grade). Our online process is designed to streamline the traditional paperwork process. DO NOT use this online form if your student is currenty enrolled and attending a Reynoldburg City School.


To begin, please click on the Enrollment button below. You will be instructed to click “Next” and enter the information requested by the online forms.  Upon completion, you will be required to submit your enrollment.   On the submission confirmation page, you will have the opportunity to print out a copy of your registration to keep for your records.  Note:  Once the form is electronically submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. 


Step 1:        Complete the online enrollment application.

Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and Reynoldsburg City School District will receive the data exactly as it is entered.  Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

A New Student Registration form must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one New Student Registration, you will have the opportunity to begin another from the "Submission Confirmation" page.

As you move through the registration process and need assistance with a language other than English, please email tkaminski@reyn.org with your language request. Please be sure to include your full name. 

Step 2:      Schedule your Enrollment Appointment

Once you have completed your online enrollment application, you will be permitted to schedule your enrollment appointment via the online application. An appointment must be scheduled to enroll your child. (If you are enrolling two or more children, please schedule two consecutive appointments).

Please note: If you cannot make your scheduled appointment or need to reschedule, please contact the Welcome Center at 614-501-1033. 

Step 3:       Bring all required documentation to your scheduled appointment. Copies will be made of your documents and the originals will be returned to you during the appointment.  You can download the newly updated required document list in our forms section.


We are now accepting 'NEW" requests for School-of-Choice and Intra-District Transfers.  The forms are available for download or you may pick one up at the Welcome Center.   Intra-District transfer and school-of-choice requests may be granted only as space allows, on a first-come, first-served basis. All forms must be turned into the Welcome Center during business hours Monday - Friday 8am – 4pm.  Deadline to submit all applications is 4:00pm Friday, June 8, 2018.

Making changes?

All residency and custody changes must be reported to Reynoldsburg City Schools’ Welcome Center located at 1555 Graham Road within 10 days of the legal date change.

• Any changes in residency — moving within or out of Reynoldsburg City School District boundaries — requires new proof of residency be presented in the form of a signed lease or settlement statement.

• Custody changes — including divorce or changes in existing shared parenting plans — require finalized court papers to be on file, in accordance with Ohio law.

Failure to present required documents will constitute a falsification of applications and/or enrollment documents resulting in denial of all new or existing Open Enrollment, Intra-district Agreement, or School of Choice requests.
