2018-2019 NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
(Residential Families that reside WITHIN the RCSD boundaries)
Welcome to our “Online” New Student Enrollment application (Grades: Kindergarten - 12th grade ) for the 2018-2019 school year for families that reside within the Reynoldsburg City District boundaries. If you have a pre-schooler, you must contact and enroll with the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO). You can reach the ESCCO at 614-542-4106. Our online process is designed to streamline the traditional paperwork process. DO NOT use this online form if your student is currently enrolled and attending a Reynoldburg City Schools.
To begin, please click on the Enrollment button below. You will be instructed to click “Next” and enter the information requested by the online forms. Upon completion, you will be required to submit
your enrollment. On the submission confirmation page, you will
have the opportunity to print out a copy of your registration to keep for your
records. Note: Once the form is electronically submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Step 1: Click on the "Enroll Online" button below to complete the enrollment application.
Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and Reynoldsburg City School District will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
A New Student Registration form must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one New Student Registration, you will have the opportunity to begin another from the "Submission Confirmation" page.
As you move through the registration process and need assistance with a language other than English, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your language request. Please be sure to include your full name
Step 2: Schedule your Enrollment Appointment
Once you have completed your online enrollment
application, you will be permitted to schedule your enrollment appointment via
the online application. An appointment must be scheduled to enroll your
child. (If you are enrolling two or more children, please schedule two
consecutive appointments). To Schedule an Enrollment Appointment, please click on the "calendar". It will ask you to log-in, click your child's name and it will give you dates and times available. Once you pick a date and time, you must click the button at the bottom of the page to confirm the appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, refer back to your "original" appointment confirmation email and cancel it. Once you receive the cancellation email, it will allow you to reschedule.
Step 3: Bring all required documentation to your scheduled appointment. Copies will be made of your documents and the originals will be returned to you during the appointment. You can download the newly updated required document list in our forms section.
