New Student Registration
Collect all required documents (student's ORIGINAL birth certificate, immunizations, custodial parent photo ID, current utility bill or official mail, lease or mortgage statement) and all others that apply.

To enroll a NEW STUDENT  who resides within the Reynoldsburg City Schools district boundaries only
Kindergarten: Must be five (5) years of age on or before August 1, 2024, to be eligible to enroll for kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year 

Kindergarten: Must be five (5) years of age on or before August 1, 2025, to be eligible to enroll for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year 


STEP 1: Pick up your paper enrollment packet from the Welcome Center or fill out the digital Packet below. The completed packet must be returned by the custodial parent along with all the required enrollment documentation.

Once you arrive with ALL needed documents for enrollment (see New Student Checklist).
You may print this packet out at home or at the welcome center at the time of your appointment/walk-in.

Please note you will sign the paperwork when you come to the Welcome Center at 1555 Graham Road, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Custodial Parent must be present. 
Additional paperwork may need to be filled out.

We will NOT take any emailed copies of birth certificates or legal documents. 



Please remember the following instructions:

Step 3: The custodial parent or guardian should bring all required documents and any others that apply from the Enrollment Documentation Checklist. Additionally, the registration packet must be filled out before your appointment. A registration packet takes about 20 minutes per student to fill out. Spanish, French, and Portuguese paper packets are available upon request.
 
We serve guests who make an appointment and walk-in on a first come, first serve basis. 

Please be certain that you have ALL required documents with you.
Incomplete enrollment registration will NOT be accepted for any reason. 
We have computers and printers to use for your convenience for any documentation you need printed.

If your packet is complete and you have all the necessary documents, please stop by the Welcome Center at 1555 Graham Road as a walk-in or make an appointment using the Calendly link.

NO OPEN ENROLLMENT 

Students who RESIDE OUTSIDE 
the Reynoldsburg City Schools district boundaries
will NOT be able to enroll. 

We will NOT be accepting 
new open enrollment applications for the 
2024-2025 or 2025-2026 school year.

Reynoldsburg City School Families who have students enrolled with the district can apply for public assistance benefits like food assistance and Medicaid at the RCS Welcome Center on Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

A case manager is stationed here on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
They will assist those on a first-come, first-serve basis (limited to 3 to 5 families per day).
You MUST have a student who is currently enrolled at Reynoldsburg City Schools to come to this location.
Sign-up will be available upon the applicant's arrival until all slots are full.
Appointments for future dates might be needed.
