Welcome Center Closed
The Welcome Center is currently closed to minimize potential exposure for as many people as possible to the COV19, or coronavirus, pandemic. Because information is constantly changing, we will do our best to provide updates in a timely fashion. 

Welcome to Reynoldsburg City Schools! We are excited that you have chosen to enroll your student as they begin, or continue, their education journey. Reynoldsburg City Schools has high-quality schools and programs to meet every child’s needs. Whether you’re interested in traditional schools, or one of our schools of choice featuring STEM, computer science, performing arts, business and law, or career-technical programming, you’ll find we offer top-notch programs that will help your child to learn, dream, and succeed.

2020-2021 K-12 REGISTRATION

 Starting February 18th families are able to pick up the following:
*Resident  Kindergarten- 12th grade new enrollment packets
New incoming Kindergarten students must be 5 before Aug. 1st 
*New Open Enrollment Packets
*STEM School of Choice applications 
*INTRA-District Transfer Agreements, including High School Academy Transfers
Note: The return date for these forms will begin Monday March 2nd  and end March 13th
No incompleated packets will be accepted. All documents must be presented at the time of enrollment 
2020-2021 Preschool Registration
  • Peer Model Packets can be picked up at the Welcome Center beginning Tuesday, January 21st.
  • Completed Packets can be returned to the Welcome Center beginning Tuesday, January 21st.
    • NO incomplete packets will be accepted. – Parents must provide ALL immunization records and TB testing results, financial documents, custody and residency, at the time the packet is accepted. 
    • NO HOLDS for any documentation will be accepted.
  • Peer Models will be chosen via a lottery drawing and notified by the Preschool Coordinator
    • March 27, 2020 - First Lottery Drawing
    • April 24, 2020 - 2nd Lottery Drawing
    • June 5, 2020 - 3rd Lottery Drawing

2019 – 2020 New Student Registration

Students who RESIDE WITHIN the RCSD Boundaries

Residential Enrollment Applications are only available for PICK-UP at the Welcome Center.  This includes enrollment for new resident students (Kindergarten - 12th grade).

All required documents must be submitted with the completed application by the custodial parent/guardian.  Incomplete applications WILL NOT be accepted.

*If you are in need of an interpreter, please make an appointment Monday - Thursday between 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. 

Making changes?

All residency and custody changes must be reported to Reynoldsburg City Schools’ Welcome Center located at 1555 Graham Road within 10 days of the legal date change.

• Any changes in residency — moving within or out of Reynoldsburg City School District boundaries — requires new proof of residency be presented in the form of a signed lease or settlement statement.

• Custody changes — including divorce or changes in existing shared parenting plans — require finalized court papers to be on file, in accordance with Ohio law.

Failure to present required documents will constitute a falsification of applications and/or enrollment documents resulting in denial of all new or existing Open Enrollment, Intra-district Agreement, or School of Choice requests.
