NEW STUDENT
REGISTRATION FORMS
Kindergarten thru 12th grade only
RESIDENTS ONLY: must reside within the school district boundaries
To enroll a NEW STUDENT who resides within the Reynoldsburg City Schools district boundaries only

STEP 1: Pick up your paper enrollment packet from the Welcome Center. The "completed" paper packet must be returned by the custodial parent along with all the required enrollment documentation.


If you choose not to pick up the paper enrollment packet from the Welcome Center and you have access to a printer, you may print the enrollment forms below to begin working on your child's registration forms from home. 
Otherwise, please stop by and we will provide you with the enrollment forms.

STEP 2: Collect all required documents (student's birth certificate, immunization, custodial parent's photo ID, current utility or official mail, lease or mortgage statement) and all others that apply. Required documentation checklist can be downloaded above.

STEP 3: The custodial parent is to bring all required documents and all others that apply from the Enrollment Documentation Checklist. In addition, please return your completed paper enrollment packet. We service guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Please be certain that you have ALL required documents with you.

Incomplete Enrollment Registrations 
will NOT be accepted or processed 
for any reason.

Residing with Friends or Family PACKET - 
Only to be filled out by registering families living with friends or relative who OWN a home in Reynoldsburg. 
If the friends or relatives you residing with are renting, the registering family must be on the lease as a leaseholder or occupant. 

In addition, registering parents MUST provide an official piece of mail, in their name, current within a month, received at the address presented on this affidavit. This can be an utility bill, insurance statement, court notice, social service document or official notice from their human resources department at the time of registration.
