High School Academies
Reynoldsburg High School comprises four interest-based Academies. These academies are designed to bring relevance and personalization to student learning in order to prepare students well for careers, college and citizenship.

Students' choices will make high school curriculum more meaningful and exciting to them, but will not limit their opportunities after high school. All high school students will choose among the following programs based on their current career and college interests.

BELL Logo

BELL Early College Academy offers the chance to earn up to 60 hours college credit at no charge to students and families. The academy caters to students interested in business, education, leadership and law, providing related degree and certificate programs in partnership with Columbus State Community College. Nearly half of BELL's first cohort of students are on track to complete at least one year of college before high school graduation.

The Encore Academy offers specialized programming in arts, communication and design. Students are offered a variety of fine and performing arts-integrated learning opportunities, including the chance to start on a digital design degree at Central Ohio Technical College.

The eSTEM Academy is for students interested in engineering design and related fields. eSTEM is one of 15 designated Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) schools in the state of Ohio.

Students in every academy will learn the basics. The academies have several other features in common, as well:
  • Access to athletic and music programs.
  • Required non-core courses such as health and physical education.
  • World languages.
  • Special education support services.
  • Advanced Placement, dual-credit, PSEO, Flex Credit and online learning options.
